The easternmost devotional niche, near the Blessed
Sacrament Chapel is the shrine to Blessed John XXIII. This life
sized Bronze statue honors the saintly pontiff who inaugurated the
reforms of the Second Vatican Council. The statue is the work of
local artist and sculptor, David Wanner.
